ISO certification

Quality management according to ISO 9001

The ISO 9001 quality management standard ensures that organizations of all types and sizes meet the legal requirements for their products and services. It also ensures that the certified organization is continuously working to improve customer satisfaction. Implemented quality management systems strive to optimize performance and serve to implement changes in a future-oriented and safe manner, as well as to develop effective and efficient processes.

FELB Austria GmbH certified according to ISO 9001:2015

Worldwide, more than one million organizations have already successfully met the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 and apply it. Since February 2022, also the FELB Austria GmbH has been one of them and thanks to Project Manager Linda Janauer - holds an ISO 9001:2015 certificate.

"ISO 9001:2015 is the most important national and international quality management standard for companies. The knowledge gained from the audit is used to refine our processes and is naturally incorporated into internal structuring. Company goals can thus be achieved more efficiently and customers as well as partners can be served better"

FELB Sales Team, February 2022
Why ISO certification?

Why we decided for a quality management certification?

The audit of internal processes of FELB Austria GmbH helps to better understand the internal processes and to interlock them even better. The resulting synergy effects lead to process optimization of multimodal logistics solutions. This benefits not only employees, but above all customers and service providers. All departments of the Vienna-based company were involved in the audit, with a focus on operations, sales, asset management, HR and IT.

With the successful certification by the Austrian certification body Quality Austria and auditor Mr. Ing. Walter Kalcher in February 2022, FELB Austria GmbH also fulfills a wish of numerous customers who expect an ISO certification from their suppliers and service providers.
