Connection from China to Czech Republic and Slovakia

Vienna, 8 November, 2016 – Beginning November 20th, FELB is launching a new speed train service from Suzhou, China to Olomouc, Czech Republic and Bratislava, Slovakia. This route will be on a weekly basis. These trains will leave Suzhou every Sunday and begin a 16 day transit to Olomouc and a 17 day transit to Bratislava.

A LCL (less than container load) service is part of the new route and will be available for all clients who may wish to send smaller cargo. It will serve as part of FELB’s ability to support all types of client needs.

The service, beginning in Suzhou, crosses through several major locations in China including Beijing and Tianjin before crossing Russia to Europe. FELB plans to this speed train service to further their reach in Europe. This route allows FELB to offer service to new areas of Czech Republic and Slovakia as well as more destination flexibility for FELB’s current clients.

FELB’s relationship with RZDL and Russian railways allow them to accomplish the short transit time. The 16-17 day transit time is made possible through limited border checks, dedicated trains and FELB’s private owned containers.
